Candiate Filing Period -- Candiates must file for office within this period.
January 9 through May 8
Filing period for persons wishing to run for delegate or alternate to the National Convention.
February 6
Berkeley County Democratic Executive Committee meeting, 7 pm at 413 S Raleigh Street, Martinsburg.
February 15
WV Secretary of State is offering Campaign Finance Training intended for candidates and treasurers.  The first of these is in the Eastern Panhandle at the Old Courthouse in Martinsburg, 100 W. King Street 1:30pm - 4pm or 6pm - 9pm. Advance registration is required. For more information call 304 558-6000.
February 25
Berkeley County Democrat Women's Club will hold its first Saturday Breakfast meeting at Shoney's Restaurant at Interstate 81 and King Street, Martinsburg, 9:30 am.
February 27
Berkeley County Democratic Association meeting at Hoss's Steak House, Edwin Miller Blvd, Martinsburg; dinner on your own at 6:30pm, program starts at 7 pm.
March 16
Berkeley County Democratic Executive Committee presents its SAINT PATRICK'S DAY ELIMINATION DINNER/FUNDRAISER in the Berkeley Ballroom of the Comfort Inn, Edwin Miller Boulevard, Martinsburg, WV.  Grand prize $1000, seven $50 prizes.  Tickets are $35 and only 199 will be sold.  Reception at 6 pm, Dinner at 6:30 pm. April 14
Berkeley County Democratic Convention will be held on this date.  Details about time and location will be announced when available.  Delegates to State Convention will be selected.
May 4
Berkeley County Democrat Women's Club Annual Spring Dinner at the Martinsburg Holiday Inn.  Speaker to be announced and details to follow.
May 8
